How To Return or Exchange An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned.
No Body odors or marks ... we can't re-sell those damaged items ... 
Trying on for Fit is OK,😘
Include a Note with Name and order #
Size for exchanges if needed.  
Returns: You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase for a Full refund of the item.
After 14 days and before 30 days you will receive a store credit.
NOTE: After 30 days your item is no Longer eligible for a return, exchange or store credit...😐

When your Return/Exchange is Accepted by the Returns Department ... it will be taken care of... 😘

Items that do not meet policy will be held for a maximum of 30 days ... Then Discarded. Returned at buyers expense.

Some items are NOT Eligible for returns under any Condition
1.  All "Lingerie and Champagne Room 🥂 items" are Not Eligible for Refunds Returns ...That's 🤢🤮  and Are FINAL SALE 
2.  PRE-ORDER Items are not eligible for Returns 
3.  SIGNED Calendars and Souvenirs are not eligible for Returns
4.  FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns 🥂
5.  After 30 days any item is not eligible for returns 🥂
6. Returns in amounts over $300 are subject to a 30% restocking Fee 
7. SPECIAL ORDER items ...  Are only good for store credit or Exchange for size if available. Not For Refunds. 
8. If an item is claimed to be damaged it will need to be returned for inspection or Email us for Options.
9. RETURNS Requiring a "Signature Required" "WILL NOT Be Accepted" 
10. Store Credits towards returns are good for 1 year after original purchase. 
11.  If items returned are Placed on SALE or Discounted after purchase. CFV will Refund the ENTIRE/WHOLE Amount as a store credit. 
12. No Note included with a return may result in NON Compliance of policy Rules.

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
