Turnaround Time

All orders are shipped Same day or Next with the exception of USPS holidays.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • DHL
  • UPS
  • Fed Ex

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.


Shipping Rates

Free shipping in the United States.

International Rates: The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.


Back Orders and Pre-order Items

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Lost Shipments

All orders are insured that may be lost by the Carrier. Must wait 30 days from Order date to submit a Claim...Proof of delivery will be determined by the Carrier tracking #s for the order...  

If an Item is CORRECTLY shipped to an address that was input INCORRECTLY by the Buyer ... a store credit will be offered if it gets returned to CFV ... Not a refund 

Late deliveries for Paid Express Shipping

Connie's Fashion Vault Does Not Guarantee ship time ... We will use the Shipping delivery method you Pay extra for ... The ship times are Guaranteed by the carrier NOT Connie's Fashion Vault ... We will ship your item "usually the same day or Next"  excluding Postal Holidays 💋💋💋

RETURN POLICY 

How To Return or Exchange An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned.
No Body odors or marks ... we can't re-sell those damaged items ... 

Trying on for Fit is OK,😘
Include a Note with Name and order #
Size for exchanges if needed.  

Returns: You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase for a Full refund of the item.

After 14 days and before 30 days you will receive a store credit.

NOTE: After 30 days your item is no Longer eligible for a return, exchange or store credit...😐

When your Return/Exchange is Accepted by the Returns Department ... it will be taken care of... 😘


Unfortunately we can not be responsible if your return items are lost By your return service...
Please keep your tracking #s for your own protection..
Items that do not meet policy will be held for a maximum of 30 days ... Then Discarded. Returned at buyers expense.  

Do NOT send a package Signature required...We can not accept it...
Do NOT Send to P.O. Box ... Return's can not be accepted

NOTE:  Exceptions to Returns include all of the below: 
Some items are NOT Eligible for returns under any Condition
1.  All "Lingerie and Champagne Room 🥂 items" are Not Eligible for Refunds Returns ...That's 🤢🤮  and Are FINAL SALE 
2.  PRE-ORDER Items are not eligible for Returns 
3.  SIGNED Calendars and Souvenirs are not eligible for Returns
4.  FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns 🥂
5.  After 30 days any item is not eligible for returns 🥂
6. Returns in amounts over $200 are subject to a 30% restocking Fee, No Restocking Fee on Qualified Store Credits Returns.  
7. SPECIAL ORDER items ...  Are only good for store credit or Exchange for size if available. Not For Refunds. 
8. If an item is claimed to be damaged it will need to be returned for inspection or Email us for Options.
9. RETURNS Requiring a "Signature Required" "WILL NOT Be Accepted" 
10. Shipping cost is Not refundable. 
11. Store Credits towards returns are good for 1 year after original purchase. 
12.  If items returned are Placed on SALE or Discounted after purchase. CFV will Refund the ENTIRE/WHOLE Amount as a store credit. 
13. No Note included with a return may result in NON Compliance of policy Rules.    

14. Flagged Accounts: With Excessive Returns, and Policy Violations ... Risk Future Shopping Privileges. Accounts are (AUTO) Evaluated at a 6 month interval from the first purchase.

15. Items with Body marks or fragrance smells from Use or Trying on will not be accepted.

16. If an Order is returned to CFV due to "Client Error", it will be re-shipped at Client's expense, or re-shipped with a new order for FREE.  A refund will be an option, in the amount paid MINUS THE SHIPPING COST CFV incurred.  

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history, any worn items, altered items, laundered items, damaged items, or missing items; or 
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
